Wild Animal Park Photo Journal
Posted at 11:29 am November 22, 2006 by adminZoo InternQuest is a career exploration program for high school students. For more photos see the Zoo InternQuest Photo Journal. To meet the Interns, read the Intern Profiles.

We sat in the back of a truck eagerly awaiting our trek onto the large exhibits of the Wild Animal Park.

Intern Marion gets to know one of the Wild Animal Park’s giraffes up close and personal.

As we drove up, the rhinos realized we had food for them and trotted over to say hello.

We saw many exotic deer in the exhibit, some of which showed more interest in grazing than in a bunch of interns in a truck.

Great photos! What a life changing experience to be so close to wild animals, many of whom are very rare in the wild. Looks like you all had a great time, interns and animals!
