• Campers check-in at the Zoo's Otto Center

Dinner: Beef and chicken fajitas cooked with onions and bell peppers; flour and corn tortillas, Spanish rice, black beans, Caesar salad, tomatoes, lettuce, and guacamole condiments, corn chips and salsa. Choice of one margarita or Mexican beer. Cookies and ice cream for dessert.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs cooked with onion and green pepper, bacon, sausage, country potatoes, tortillas, salsa, Mexican pastries, fresh fruit salad, assorted yogurt, orange juice, milk, and apple juice.
